The small terrace is a well-kept home in an elegant building, transformed to accommodate the traveler who for different reasons is located in Milan. A house, that feels like a home and that does not to make you feel like a traveler in transit. Just 30 minutes from the downtown, in the prestigious "neighborhood terraces" and surrounded by the South Agricultural Park, one of the largest green islands of the city, with bicycle lanes and jogging trails. Between the tradition and quiet of the countryside and all the modern services offered by the metropolis. Well connected with the city (there are numerous public transport and subways), with the suburban area (the western ring road, exit 7a - ROZZANO, quinto de stampi - MILANO, via dei Missaglia, which connects the main highways) and with the two major hospitals in the immediate surroundings, the Istituto Clinico Humanitas and IEO European Institute of Oncology. The landlady will welcome you with courtesy and discretion, trying to advise you and help you during your stay. At the entrance, a cozy lounge (to relax, read and breakfast) opens up to a large covered and flower-filled terrace. There is always a set of tea, herbal tea, and instant beverages to sip while relaxing. The terrace with tables and comfortable seating, invites guests to stop in the middle expecially during sunny seasons. The night area is very comfortable, furnished with unique and refined taste, with attention to detail and harmony in welcoming the guests. Equipped with TV and free internet access, PRIVATE bathroom with shower. The cost of the room include: towels, bed linen, linen change three times a week.

Guests are advised that smoking is not allowed in the room and in other parts of the house.

EXTENDED STAY: In the case of a long stay, we guarantee specific offers.
A deposit of 40% for stays longer than 2 nights is required. The balance must always be paid in cash upon arrival. We do not accept credit cards. For better organization arrival at the house will have to be agreed in advance. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.
